High-severity content triage
Reports involving possible minors, grooming, exploitation or sexualized youth cues are escalated as high severity. Content can be removed or locked immediately while evidence is preserved.
No evasion or coded solicitation
Attempts to disguise CSAM, request illegal material, trade harmful content, move users to unsafe channels or sexualize age ambiguity are treated as severe violations.
Authority cooperation
When credible child-safety issues are identified, Velvet may preserve records and cooperate with competent authorities according to applicable law and emergency safety requirements.
