All agency plans bill monthly and renew automatically. Commission applies to sales made by the creators you manage, and is separate from your payment provider’s fees.
Each plan sets how many creator profiles you can manage: 5 on Starter, 15 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. When you reach the limit, move up a plan. The change takes effect immediately.
Velvet takes a percentage of sales made by the creators you manage: 7% on Starter, 4% on Growth, from 2% on Scale. This is what funds the lower base fee compared with paying for a separate creator plan for everyone on your roster.
Yes. Seats belong to the agency, not to one creator, so a chatter can work across the profiles you assign them to. Starter includes 12 seats, Growth 30, and Scale has no limit.
Yes. Their profile, content and subscribers move with them onto your roster. On Scale we handle the migration for you.
